I enjoy working with adults seeking to expand self-awareness, reduce emotional suffering, and feel more balanced. Our work will focus on your life experience including your relationships, traumatic experiences, patterns of thinking and feeling, life and relationship changes, and your relationship to your body. We will also examine your unique strengths and the ways that you have consciously or unconsciously sustained a connection to your innermost self.
My holistic approach begins with your story. Using a contemporary relational psychodynamic lens we will focus on understanding the experiences and relationships that have shaped your unique way of seeing the world. I have extensive training and experience working with both developmental and adult-onset trauma, and often utilize mindfulness-based strategies.
