First things first: You are the expert on your experience! My role as your therapist is to support you in unearthing and building on the strengths you possess, the insights you hold, and the world you envision for yourself. As a therapist, I am inspired by authentic connection and collaborative work. Whether it's your goal to manage anxiety and stress, build a healthier relationship with your body and self, engage in healing around traumatic experiences, or develop more rewarding relationships, I provide a non-judgmental space in which we'll work together to explore those things that feel hardest to manage alone.
My approach to therapy is rooted in somatics and liberation. Therapeutically, I draw from Somatic Experiencing, relational, and feminist theories that work together to meet your unique goals. I specialize in the embodied impacts of trauma, gender identity, queer experience, sexual concerns, and alternative relationship structures.
Because our connection is key to this being a positive endeavor for you, I offer free thirty- minute consultations to make sure this is the best fit for you. I consider it a privilege to hold your confidence and support your work, and look forward to hearing from you.
