Open to new clients! Drawing on over 10 years of experiences and training, I offer individual therapy, parent coaching and HR Organizational therapeutic consulting. As a mom and wife I specialize in working with women who are or have struggled with postpartum depression (I survived, so can you!), understanding your individual core beliefs and needs in order to share your life in partnership (you have to come first) and understanding what tools you need in order to best show up as a mom (yes, it includes more breaths).
Specialties: - Adolescents - Teen Technology Addiction - Postpartum Depression and Parenting - Anxiety and Depression- Imposter Syndrome- Parenting- Mothers-HR and Organizational Leadership, Mentalization Based Narrative Exposure Therapy (MBNET), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
I start with the clear understanding that the back bone of therapy is the client-therapist relationship- not my training or experience, but how I make you feel. This is why I encourage you to first contact me for a free 15 min consultation to see if we are a good fit. More information on my website: www.altoncc.org.
