My practice's goal is to improve lives in the LGBTQIA+ community, their families and friends, and those of us doing our best to thrive in a hectic and messy world by offering online counseling that is accessible, affirming, & compassionate. While I specialize in treating the queer community, I enthusiastically welcome people from all communities and walks of life. Common issues include managing ongoing anxiety, depression, trauma work, coping with life transitions like grief and divorce, exploring gender identity and/or sexuality, and navigating coming out.
I work in the here-and-now, highlighting anything emerging within the therapeutic relationship. I highlight patterns that you report and I observe, and we explore why those patterns exist, what use they might have for you, and if it might benefit you to experiment with changing them. My goal is to help you determine how you want to live your life.
