Do you struggle with not knowing what to do with your emotions? Do your emotions often dictate your decisions or your day? Do you endure painful thoughts and memories? My clients are often seeking assistance for their inner experiences so they can participate more fully in their life. I walk with my clients through their anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and fear. I offer a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and encouraging approach. I am passionate about helping my clients move through life with more ease. I specialize in trauma and anxiety, but I also work with grief, depression, perfectionism, people pleasing, and more.
I am able to offer my clients a variety of treatment approaches, which will be tailored to meet their specific need. A few of my primary modalities include Somatic Experiencing, SE touch, and IFS to address the roots of the concern. I have most recently added Equine Assisted Psychotherapy for established clients for a hands-on component to our work.
