Through healing and self-exploration, we will implement skills together that can help you manage life stressors and improve your life, whether that is improving relationships, managing anxiety, overcoming trauma, building self-esteem, enhancing connection to life, help with feeling stuck, or making peace with tormenting thoughts.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, relationship issues (including family of origin and narcissistic or antagonistic relationships), and improving sexual dynamics. I come to this specialization after having spent years as an attorney representing youth and families in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
