I work with clients struggling with anxiety and anxiety-related disorders such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, panic disorder, separation anxiety, performance anxiety, specific phobia, excessive stress, fear, and worry. I use a combination of EMDR, CBT, and an individualized approach with clients to manage symptoms of distress and create meaning from the past, working towards finding hope and joy in your future through healing.

I believe in helping individuals understand the roots of their anxiety and embrace emotional expression as a path to healing. For those seeking to integrate faith, I support drawing upon spiritual strength for guidance and growth.

I offer individual therapy sessions, with and without EMDR, and more intense sessions as needed based on client needs. I work under the supervision of Shannon Kouser, LPC-S. I am taking new clients for virtual and in-person sessions. I see clients most days of the week and by appointment only on Saturdays.
