Accepting new clients! Neurodivergent and creative people need more than just words! Anti-capitalist, sex positive, LBGTQ+ and poly supportive. Self diagnosers welcome. If you are drawn to art, images, and journaling, you already know how powerful and healing they can be. I treat adults 18+ who are struggling with work, school, and personal relationships. Together we use art, talk therapy, and creativity to learn coping skills and gain deeper insights so you have greater clarity and motivation in life.
I have significant experience in working with late-diagnosed autistic adults. Sometimes we use creative and meditative interventions (what I call "Mindful Creativity") to create a comfortable and supportive environment. I find this helps clients who may need to move around more or who find "traditional" therapy stressful.
If you feel like you've been spinning your wheels in life, (and maybe you're misunderstood by others) I can help you build insight and learn skills. I provide individual sessions in person and online, and I also facilitate a support/coaching group for autistic adults. Email me to set up a free 15 minute consultation.
