I have a lot of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a wide variety of settings. I enjoy working with preadolescent and adolescent clients the most. I work with a wide range of issues including depression anxiety ADHD and trauma. I also have experience with working with children in the foster care system or those who have been adopted.
I approach my clients as my authentic self. I am honest and direct while still being warm and empathetic. I often use humor in my practice as I believe that laughter is the best medicine. I allow the client to be in the drivers seat in terms of picking treatment goals and direction.
