Are you feeling depressed or anxious? Are you feeling overwhelmed as a parent navigating the mental load of having a family? I offer both psychotherapy and Brainspotting to individuals who are looking to process and heal from their pasts so they can show up in their present lives feeling more whole. I have a special interest in supporting the perinatal population, mothering and parenting and have additional training in supporting maternal mental health. I am here for you when you are ready.
I incorporate both talk therapy with Brainspotting to support my client's with mindful processing and healing. In addition to supporting individuals, I have a special interest in supporting parents who may feel depleted, full of rage, exhausted, anxious, depressed, and/or disconnected. I offer my client's the space to reflect, connect, process, and heal.
