I will help you ask yourself hard questions and deal with the weirdness and pain of daily life. In addition to therapy, I provide education about mental health, and other human issues that may help you evolve your process and get “un-stuck”. Connection and compassion are essential to healing and so I will offer that to you.
I work through somewhat of a relational model and am willing to hold the space with you, and talk through difficult thoughts and feelings, help you challenge your thinking when necessary with respect and positive regard.
