I specialize in working with women who are struggling with managing stress, self-doubt & anxiety. We live in a world with a million pressures, and it can feel hard to keep up. As stress, grief or trauma compounds, you can start to feel like you can't keep your head above water. When dealing with things like depression or anxiety, life feels 10x harder. The good news is it doesn't have to. There are a TON of helpful practices that can help you gain mastery and bring more confidence, hope & ease into life.
I take a client centered approach to meet you wherever you are at. I also teach Mindfulness practice, which has been research proven to help with things like anxiety, depression and coping with stress & emotional challenges. My job is to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and get comfortable in your own skin so you can build a life you love.
