There are few things braver than acknowledging when we need help and can no longer do life on our own. Life is made of up’s and down’s. Even in the valley, there is something praiseworthy to be found. Even in seasons of wellness, there is still growth to be had. Growth is sometimes measured by acres, and sometimes it’s measured by inches. We will acknowledge and celebrate all kinds of growth, big and small.
My practice, Oak & Vine Counseling, is named for the concept of growth. Oaks are sturdy, strong, and rooted; vines are ever growing, life bearing, and outward springing.
