In this work I have learned to keep an open mind and an open heart. My ideal client is anyone that walks through my door needing and wanting help. It is my hope to build a relationship that opens the door for healing. This is hopefully created through empathy, compassion and connection. It is my belief that any individual can heal and learn to live in meaningful ways with authenticity. As a person of faith, I also offer Christian Biblical Counseling. It is my hope to be able to be a support to the faith community by offering licensed counseling with a Biblical perspective.
I find it my privilege to be able to walk alongside someone and help them work out their path to peace, joy, fulfillment and the best versions of themselves. I have found that having a safe and secure base to draw from is the best foundation for psychotherapy. I am committed to creating this with my clients. I have been described as "real" by my clients.
If you find yourself struggling to manage your anxiety, stress, trauma, mental health or relationships issues I encourage you to reach out. There is help and you do not have to carry your burdens alone.
