I am a collaborative, strengths-based therapist who is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families across the life-span who might be struggling with a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety and family system challenges. Other areas that I am passionate about working with are parent coaching, behavior planning, life transitions and family of origin issues.
With past experience working at the PHP & IOP levels of care, I have experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and their families around the stabilization of symptoms and their impact on the family system. I have extensive experience in providing family therapy, CBT & DBT informed therapy and take a family systems approach.
I am compassionate, empathic and direct in my style and am humbled at the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families committed to their growth.
