I have a passion for helping individuals who have experienced traumas including childhood trauma, abuse, traumatic loss, etc. I use a variety of modalities including cognitive processing therapy, mindfulness & somatic techniques, & brainspotting. I help individuals explore & process their emotions, develop healthy coping, & find relief from trauma symptoms.
