I use an emotion-focused and experiential approach to therapy, meaning we’ll talk about feelings and usually have some fun while doing it. I also offer neurofeedback brain training, which is a research-proven modality that teaches you to change and enhance brainwave patterns. Neurofeedback improves mood, boosts concentration, and reduces stress.
