So many issues occurring in our individual experiences, interpersonal relationships, communal tensions, and global conflicts originate from a disconnect from our human emotions. My goal is to connect you to your own emotions to help your relationships with yourself, your loved ones, and your communities at large. I have experience supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, gender exploration, LGBTQIA+ identity, religious trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and learning to recognize & process emotional experiences.
I lead with empathy and validation and will support you to increase your ability to understand, process, and communicate your internal experiences, and allow you to have a whole human experience. I utilize a multifaceted therapeutic approach that includes Expressive Arts Therapy, DBT, CBT+, feminist theory, multicultural, and person-centered therapy.
Whether you are new to therapy, returning to therapy after a break, or seeking a therapist change, you have already taken a big step by seeing what is available. If it seems like we could be a good fit, please reach out! I offer free 15-minute consultations.
