I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist who believes in providing a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop coping strategies to achieve their personal goals. Everyone's journey is unique, so my therapeutic interventions are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients. My passion is to empower and partner with you to navigate life's challenges and help cultivate your resiliency from a strengths based perspective. Partnering with my clients to facilitate changes that guide them towards their individual answers, resolve and goals is my life’s calling.
My interests in therapy include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress. During our sessions, I will incorporate therapeutic interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy just to name a few. I'll encourage a collaborative approach to therapy as we work together.
At its core, my therapy practice meets clients where they are with empathy and with the belief that no one should ever have to walk alone. In my free time I love to read, travel, volunteer in the community and at church, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to growth, healing and overall well-being.
