I specialize in: alleviating anxiety/depression, addiction recovery, improving couple & family relationships, fertility, parenting transitions, mindfulness practices, LGBTQ affirmative therapy. Through our supportive, therapeutic relationship my job is to help bring forth your own unique motivation, capacities and values -- to help you develop the skills for healing and growth.
For over a decade I have worked as a psychotherapist, educator, clinical supervisor, and researcher. I have been a Lecturer at UCLA for 10 years. I am also married and the mother of twin boys.
