Hello, I'm Katrina. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes people do better when they have support. So, this is what I do with those who choose to join in a collaboration with me to face their challenges and establish goals they undercover. Clients with chronic medical conditions that are causing them stress and disability. Clients who have co-dependency issues which have caused somatic conditions. Also, these conditions often cause depression and anxiety due to a person's limited abilities which I am comfortable treating.
I use an eclectic, multi-modal style to adapt to what the client's needs for therapy are at the time of their life they are entering therapy and what meets their needs.
The tone I create for clients is calm and patient in order to allow them to express themselves so they real they are heard. Since I will be online the environment will be a background in which I use colors of nature scenes to create the best therapeutic environment.
