I believe one's mental health is the foundation for overall health and longevity. Feeling scene, heard and supported are the cornerstones of positive mental health. Having a safe sounding board can be life changing and my goal with clients is to make sure that they know they don't have to hold life's "heavy stuff" alone. Learning how to re-connect to self as well as improve communication with others is a focus when working together.
I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years in many different capacities. I specialize in recovery support from eating disorders and other addictions and am passionate about supporting clients with struggles around neurodivergence. I work with adolescents through adults and specialize in women's issues.
My priority is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel safe and can be vulnerable. I provide unconditional positive regard and love being a sounding board for various topics/struggles. My style is direct, and collaborative, and I believe in the active process of therapy. My intention is for clients to walk away with clarity and hope!
