I specialize in mood disorders, psychosis, and trauma. I use EMDR for Trauma, Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy for Bipolar Disorder (ISRT), CBT-P for Psychosis, I am a Certified Trauma Professional, and I am one of a handful of clinicians in the United States trained in Family-Focused Therapy for Bipolar Disorder (FFT).
While it may feel like you are alone in the world, you are not. My role as your therapist is to guide you through the loneliness and fear that often accompanies these disorders and traumatic experiences. I will help you build the confidence and courage it takes to gain control of your life again.
