My approach is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to encourage safe processing and healing. I apply a person centered, strengths-based approach to assist clients with symptom/behavior management, therapeutic goal setting and coping skill improvement.
There are so many things that are out of our control, and this can cause us to feel a myriad of emotions from angry to anxious to hopeless.
