My clients come from a vast variety of backgrounds. I have worked as a clinical case manager, substance abuse counselor, as well as a mental health therapist in the Tennessee Department of Corrections and have experience helping clients work through a variety of concerns. I feel strongly that mental health therapy should be accessible to all who need help.
The counseling process requires openness and vulnerability that can be overwhelming. Talking to someone about your concerns, fears or anxieties can be intimidating.
