I work with couples, teens, adults, people of color, as well as youth brought up in foster care. I specialize in assisting individuals with their self-image, work and school stress, substance abuse, social anxiety, anxiety in general, parenting, as well as various types of relationship issues.

My goal is to provide a space where individuals can be themselves and openly express themselves without fear of judgement.
