When working with clients I keep a focus on setting obtainable goals with the client and working towards obtaining these goals, in order to work towards change.
My hope when working with clients is that throughout treatment, the client will be able to focus on their identified goals and develop the tools to assist with increasing the clients awareness and coping allowing the client to increase their awareness of their whole self and how to integrate the different parts of who they are into their everyday life.
