I don’t think therapy must be a painful experience, or a last resort. Therapy can be something that can offer solutions for what you thought you, maybe, were the only one dealing with.
In our work, together I want you to be able to explore the places that possibly felt off-limits, such as: work on coping with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life adjustments. As you work with these you will be able to live in a more authentic and fearless way. In my years as a mental health provider I have worked with children to older adults.
I have helped those who have worked with me go through addiction, depression, grief, anxiety, and adjustment. I have a masters in counseling from Wake Forest University and am trained as a Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist. I also use CBT, DBT, and ACT and more to help you get to where you want to go.
