Throughout my clinical experience, I have worked with individuals and families of all ages to address difficulties stemming from anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, OCD and more. Currently, I work with clients ages 10 and up and specialize in using Family Based Therapy to treat and manage the symptoms of eating disorders and body image dissatisfaction. My ability to truly connect with my clients and build an authentic relationship is my greatest clinical strength. It is also what allows us to work collaboratively to efficiently reach your goals.
I am trained and certified in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), however, I have experience using a variety of treatment modalities, including: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention therapy (ERP), person-centered, and mindfulness based approaches. and trained in providing trauma-informed care.
