I specialize in providing support and healing for women who have experienced birth trauma, miscarriage, infertility, postpartum depression/anxiety, perinatal mental health challenges, as well as those who are considering pregnancy or are mothers of young children. Additionally, I utilize evidence-based techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Safe and Sound to address childhood trauma, relational trauma, and attachment wounds.

I utilize Brainspotting, EMDR and SSP, which normally takes 10-15 sessions. Most client's see shifts right away with continued movement after therapy has concluded. The deep brain processing modalities are used to treat traumas that manifest in symptoms of depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, creativity blocks, and relationship difficulties. No experience is too small.
