My goal is to provide ethical, identity affirming, evidence based care for people looking to better their life and improve their mental health. I thoroughly believe that clients are the experts in their own experience and in what they need in order to be well.
My therapy style is one that is collaborative, and person-centered. My approach is influenced by training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Parts Work, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
