Parenting a child with challenging behaviors day in and day out can be isolating and lonely. It's tough to navigate through the hard days, months, or even years, wondering if anyone else understands. But I want you to know, you can feel less alone in the struggle and things can feel better. Maybe your child experienced early trauma; maybe your child was exposed to drugs in-utero; maybe your child spent time in foster care or is adopted; maybe your child is neurodivergent; or maybe they've just always had a difficult temperament.
