My approach to therapy integrates traditional therapeutic modalities with psychospiritual approaches to address the whole person, mind-body-spirit. I will work with you to create a therapeutic space built on a foundation of trust. My style incorporates various modalities including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
