I feel confidence is the core foundation to working on anxiety, depression, and various other concerns.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, behaviors, social skills concerns, and self-esteem issues. I work with children through adults but primarily specialize in working with teens. I also assist parents in developing skills to help manage their child's behavior. I use an adaptive approach consisting primarily of CBT, mindfulness, and coping strategies.
