I work with with teens and adults who suffer from anxiety disorders (social, generalized, phobias, panic), OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I am dedicated to supporting people by helping them identify patterns that are no longer serving them and assist them in creating new ways of being to live meaningful lives. Empathy, humor and authenticity are the foundation to my therapeutic approach and I committed to working with people from diverse backgrounds and gender identities.
