Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or feeling as though stressors have become too overwhelming to manage? These are issues that many people deal with daily and it is important to find a space to share the thoughts that accompany both struggles and successes. I am a Licensed Social Worker and received my Masters in Social Work from Seton Hall University. I have varying experience ranging from therapeutic work in school settings to crisis management work with adolescents and families in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient setting.
Currently, I am working in an Outpatient setting providing individualized and family therapy to individuals ranging from 11 years old to adulthood. I utilize varying techniques such as Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness based therapy to healthily work through and process emotions.
There is no shame in wanting to talk about your feelings and grow through your experiences. Each individual has a story based on their own experiences which deserves to be heard.
