Trauma Processing Somatic Group

This group will use compassionate support, creativity, and movement to help survivors of interpersonal trauma process their emotions and learn to safely be present in their bodies. We will use gentle movement, gradually introducing new yoga poses with each week. This is open to all genders and all bodies. No yoga experience necessary and equipment will be provided. Participants should be connected with an individual therapist throughout the 12 weeks of group. Contact me to register for the next round of group beginning in June.
