Life throws women many curveballs. Perhaps you are battling with infertility and the emotional challenges that accompany it. Maybe you are a new mom and you feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable in your own skin. You may have experienced sexual trauma and now struggle with a constant sense of fear and dread, or you could be one of the many women who have a painful relationship with food and your body. Perhaps your joy is gone, or your relationships have become painful and complicated. You could be juggling multiple roles and feel that you’ve lost touch with your authentic self. I'm so glad you are here, because there is hope!
As a women's mental health specialist, it’s my privilege to partner with barrier-breaking women to address identity challenges, mood disorders, perinatal mood changes, disordered eating, body image, and sexual trauma. I often work with high-functioning women, including introverts and highly sensitive people, to design lives that all allow them to thrive.
Reaching out for help is an act of courage. Particularly as women, we are accustomed to placing the needs of others above our own. I consider it an honor to support women as they pursue growth. I will work with you to develop an evidence-based treatment plan that builds on your existing strengths. You no longer have to do this alone.
