I specialize in teens aged 16+ and adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and life, work and school stressors. I work to provide individuals with the tools to realize their goals and work towards improving life functioning.
I utilize approaches from ACT, CBT, DBT and mindfulness to address unfulfilling behavior patterns. I also provide support to older adults and those experiencing life transitions, chronic illness, and women’s issues to create impactful change in their lives.
I am a graduate of Fordham University and Licensed Social Worker working towards my clinical license. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and welcoming space for clients to open up and be themselves.
