With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy. With the use of EMDR Therapy and other modalities, I can help you identify, target, and process the root of your discomfort. While I draw from many therapeutic approaches, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy. Evidence based, EMDR jump starts your brain's natural healing process without excessive talk and does not involve repeated re-experiencing of the trauma. Memories no longer hold an emotional charge and you develop a more positive outlook.
