Brokenhearted. Misunderstood. Overwhelmed. Ashamed. Alone. There are times in our lives when these words describe the heaviness in our hearts. Whether it is the exhaustion of navigating difficult relationships, being consumed by painful memories, or carrying a burden inside that you are afraid to let go of, I believe that healing is ultimately found in genuine connection with Christ, yourself, and others. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process. While Christ-centered therapy is my passion, it is not required. I seek to create a non-judgmental space of solace and healing where you are cherished and welcome.

I offer therapy to adults, children, and couples, and bring experience in helping trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, identity, shame, spiritual abuse, crisis of faith, and more. If you are an Orthodox Christian, I can further integrate the values unique to the Orthodox Christian community.

Many describe me as a warm, bubbly person who smiles and laughs a lot. While I believe laughter can be healing, I also value calmness, safety, and stillness. Together, we can explore the different parts of who you are and how they influence your identity and relationships. Sessions can include expressive art, movement, and your physical senses.
