As a relational, psychodynamic psychotherapist, I work to help my clients discover their own guiding voice, to listen with intent, and to cultivate love and acceptance of their truest nature. I work with adult clients to help deconstruct narratives that no longer serve them and get closer to the truth of who they are. Issues like sexuality, spirituality, existentialism, unconscious belief systems, family and partnership, and many more of life's great challenges guide the work of self-exploration.
I use a psychodynamic approach to gain a deep understanding of the client's unique story and worldview, then approach their needs mindfully, holistically, and without judgement.
