While many people can easily relate grief to the death of a person or pet, suffering, in reality, expands across so many areas that we encounter on a day-to-day basis. There are many reasons to grieve, and unfortunately, when we don't know how to process grief, it can make us feel trapped.
I am a certified grief-informed professional with advanced training in complex & traumatic grief. Let me help you navigate what is holding you at this place of loneliness and concern. Grief can often come out in the form of anxiety or depression, and working through the root cause of our distress can allow us to move forward with what we have lost.
