Katie’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, using different therapy models to meet each clients’ individual needs. Her passion is to support clients through difficult life transitions by helping them identify their strengths and goals, and guiding them through the process of making positive changes in their life. Katie has experience working with adult, teen and adolescent clients.

My goal is to meet each client with warmth and empathy. I like to take a collaborative approach and together identify strengths and goals. I aim to help clients work through challenges, see different perspectives and identify new strategies to move forward in positive ways.
