Whether you are seeking counseling for yourself or a loved one, I am here to help. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals of all ages in both the school setting and private practice. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, infertility, and grief. In addition to traditional ‘talk therapy,’ I integrate a variety of techniques, including expressive arts, play therapy, meditation, yoga, and various relaxation and coping skills. Through these interventions, we can help you establish healthier patterns and more meaningful connections in your life.
I am also a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and can recommend natural interventions such as nutritional changes, supplements and exercise that may improve your mood. Using a food/mood diary, we will work together to track your nutritional patterns and make adjustments that may give you increased energy, a more stable mood and improved sleep.
