I take a strengths-based, psychodynamic and collaborative approach, providing ongoing transparency on the process of counseling. Together, we consider alternate perspectives, practice coping strategies and develop greater trust in yourself to find healing.
I enjoy working with parents of children and adolescents, and adults of any age navigating relational challenges. I work well with individuals in the helping professions, particularly around compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. My clients describe me as warmly direct, compassionate, and perceptive.
