Current availability limited to spots btw 11am-4pm. My practice focuses on anxiety and life transitions and I have special niches for people without kids and those affected by cancer. You may also be unsure about a life transition or parenthood and that is ok too! In fact, I think pursuing therapy during this ambivalence could really helpful. Your story is your own and I’m here to support you with enthusiastic empathy. I know that a childless/childfree speciality is rare and I have lived experience in this area. It may feel good to just be in the presence of someone who ‘gets it’ as we work on other things in your life.
I focus on and honor the unique strengths, perspectives, and cultures of my clients. I believe that you are the expert on your life and I work collaboratively. My style is warmly direct and my practice is neurodiversity affirming and person-centered. I believe therapy needs to have empirical evidence AND endorsement by those with lived experience.
I'd love to hear from you and often work with people who have never tried therapy before. I welcome your insight and self diagnosis into our discussion because I think it's incredibly valid. Due to the nature of my workday, I respond much more quickly to emails than calls.
