I help those feeling overwhelmed and lost in life. This can be a frustrating, disheartening and lonely period in our lives. Sometimes we present to others one way but really feel uncertainty and disconnection with little to no understanding of why it is happening or what to do about it. Together we can work to navigate the stressors of life, find a sense of direction and build self confidence. Through our work together we will set and obtain the goals you have for yourself.
Because my practice follows the concierge model, I see fewer clients in order to offer therapy according to the needs of each person. For some that may be monthly sessions, for others, that may mean meeting weekly. All have access to additional sessions when the need arises and extra support could be beneficial. There is no cost beyond the session fee.
Because I do not accept insurance, I have more freedom to offer therapy according to your needs without insurance limitations while still maintaining ethical guidelines and a high standard of care. I believe clients should have more access to support in order to better handle all that life throws at them and build the skills to thrive independently.

Are you struggling to make a change in your life? Join us to get support, explore barriers, learn tools and work to make changes. Virtual online group to INSPIRE change! Weekly group for 8 weeks starting October 21, 2024. Total cost is $200 (can be paid $25 per group).

Better Sleep Workshop
This is a 5 week virtual experience to learn better sleep techniques! Together we will learn and practice different tools to quiet racing thoughts and get deeper sleep. This group will run for 5 weeks starting in the Fall 2024. Total cost is $100 (can be paid $20 per group).
