I am a Certified Health and Well-Being Coach (CHWC) with 16 years of experience. I enjoy using a “coach approach” when appropriate as the focus is forward moving. This equips me with more tools for successful outcomes with clients. Utilizing approaches from positive psychology, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered theories, I am here to walk along side with you toward your goals of behavior change.
