Welcome! I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I have over 12 years of clinical experience and extensive training in early childhood adversity, attachment difficulties, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, adoption, and relationship challenges. I use a multitude of trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to guide my practice. With the right support, I believe all humans have the capacity to heal and flourish.
Through use of humor and empathy, I cultivate a safe place for you to share your stories, and reconcile your experiences both past and present in order to build greater inner peace and wellness. I am collaborative, relational, experiential, yet goal-oriented. I am LGBTQIA affirming and incorporate an awareness of oppression and social justice into my work.
Populations I have collaborated with include children (6-18), adults with and without children, and families. I have worked with individuals of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender expressions and identities, and family constellations.
